- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆. I can't explain how tiring and upset I am because I honestly felt I would of done a better job ourselves. With the lack of communication, negligence, and apathetic care in the case there is no way I could ever refer him to anyone. With such an life changing process if you really care about your loved one please look elsewhere because this is NOT the lawyer to hire. We did not get reimbursed or even a partial refund for all the issues that were caused, and that's ok. We did learn our lesson and I hope you too don't get suckered in and suffer the same heartache we went through dealing with Phil Mirarchi. This has really negatively impacted both of us and now we are left with the damage already being done. BEWARE... out of a rating of a 5 I would give him a .5/5 because he did make a good impression in the interview. Went down hill after that. ..By BobbyBooShay, August 26, 2017
