  Just got cheated. It was only $1. But obviously they have need for $1 more than they have need 2 be honest. I dropped off UPS package. The USPS kiosk downtown was not working. So I asked girl 2 weigh envelope 4 mailing 1st class USPS. I had the stamps in my pocket. She told me it weighed 2.7 oz. and told me 4 stamps should b enough. But I had important papers in there and wanted 2 no for sure how much I needed. She finally said that it was $2.27 which I thought was high. But I paid and I noticed that the value of the stamp she printed was $1.36. I told her that the stamp value was only $1.36. She said, "don't worry. It's always higher." After I left, I realized that I paid $1.01 just for her to print the stamp when I already had the stamps in my pocket. And the receipt she gave me didn't show the postage plus their fee. What she should have said was, "It's $1.36 postage plus service fee of $1." If so I would have put 3 first class stamps on the envelope. I guess they really need that $1.

  Crooks who will lie to make you pay for something you don't need. I brought Comcast equipment in to return to Comcast. I had the original Comcast boxes and a pre-printed return label provided by Comcast that included enough postage cost to return both boxes. And the girl asked me three times if I wanted to purchase a UPS box. She kept making excuses for why I might want to purchase a UPS box. But I knew that the boxes I had were sufficient and that I didn't need to purchase a UPS box. So I just kept ignoring her attempts to make me purchase a box I didn't need. She finally ripped off Comcast by lying and telling me that she could not ship one of the boxes in the box Comcast provided. She said that she would bill Comcast for the box. I watched her take the Comcast equipment out of the original Comcast box and put the equipment in a UPS box. I am sure she will lie to Comcast and tell them that I came in to return the equipment and didn't have a box. And I asked her more than one time why she could not use the Comcast box and she said, "when we have to print up a shipping label, we have to use a UPS box." She refused to use the one shipping label provided by Comcast to ship both boxes and insisted on printing up a new separate label for one box. And because she had to print this separate label, she insisted that a UPS box was required when I know as a matter of fact that a UPS box is not required and that she just lied because she was determined to sell me a box.

  Six people working here but only one knows how to use a register. Waste of time.
