  I walked in to Diamond Concepts not knowing what to expect, but was met with the best customer service and personalities I experienced in my extensive ring shopping. I couldn't decide between two beautiful rings (the majority of those on display are actually made by Mike and his family) so I asked Mike if he could combine the two. I only gave him five days to do so and it turned out far better than I ever expected. Naturally, my fiancee and I went back for our wedding rings. Not only is Mike custom making our wedding bands but he included us in the experience, taking the time to explain the process and even let us behind the counter to help make the wax mold!   Extraordinary beautifull jewelry here. You can tell they take pride in the selections. They do repairs while you wait and they are good. The staff is very friendly and care about you whether you purchase or not. They are definitely recommended! True 5 star quality!
