    Are you are looking to rent your property? Use Berkshire Hathaway. BH property management is professional, and always takes care of everything in a timely manner. This includes getting bids on repairs, maintenance, etc. and always communicating before having the work done. This is a First class property management company.

    What not recommend. Try to do the application for X their website did not process it but it still charge me $200, the receptionist asked me what I was doing wrong. Then the realtor said I was lying about that interaction. She also could not understand her own paper application and again blamed me. Doesn't seem to be any effort at customer service at all.

    Dan and the entire staff at Berkshire Hathaway are all top notch. I have been working with them for 7+ years and each encounter has been great. I would recommend to anyone needing a realtor.
