- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Amanda is one of my favorite uspo workers. Always fast and friendly, even if she is having a bad day. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They need to rethink their management. Having an auxiliary location in the mall for the sake of the convenience of their customers, and then closing for an hour and a half for lunch is ridiculous. If the post office is closed during the weekend, and closes at 5:00pm, just when people are getting off work, then it makes sense for them to be open during the standard lunch hour for most people. If I need to mail a package, then the only time I'd be able to do it is during my lunch break, when this location is inconveniently closed. Y'all need to rethink your approach to business because as it stands, this location is WORTHLESS.By Timberrjack, June 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very inconvenient hours. I have gone early and there's usually a line out the door with only one person working. I work in Locust Grove, 9-5, and they're closed during lunch hour, the only time I have free to go. I have a PO BOX here and pay ALOT for it. I have been receiving emails telling me my packages are being declined. I have called over 100x's in the past 5 hours and NOT ONCE was my called answered. A few times it rang, then just hung up! Very disappointed. When my PO BOX is up for renewal, I will not be renewing here. Will renew at the locust grove post office instead.By Jazmine Rubi, January 19, 2017
