- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Good luck getting someone on the phone. Terrible service. Frustrating process. They will block your funds randomly, you can't get anyone on the phone to help and the only way it seems that you can get help is to go into the branch.By Amanda Diane, August 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I opened an account with them because I am an employee of Geico's. Credit unions are supposed to be wonderful and a huge help. I have tried four times to get some assistance with a home refinance loan that I had planned on getting through GFCU. No one will call or email back to even answer a simple question. No way I would trust them with a home refinance. I'm extremely disappointed and will be closing the account I have with them. If you're looking for a good credit union, look elsewhere.
