- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Top-Shelf Customer Service Professionals! I feel that I got lucky to have found a "needle in the proverbial haystack!" Being new to the area, I simply picked this GMC service facility from a long list of service centers in the Fredericksburg area from the Internet. For the last 3 years, I have used this GMC location for my vehicle's maintenance needs. Any time I have discussed my vehicle's needs with the service reps (Doug, Mike, Ian, Robert, and Brian), I have always felt that I have come to the right place for service. The staff has always been very courteous, respectful, and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns regarding my vehicle repairs or required maintenance. Any time there was a delay in getting my vehicle back, the service staff ensured that I was not inconvenienced by providing me a loaner vehicle until repairs or maintenance could be completed. Needless to say, I have been extremely pleased with the service provided at an affordable cost. Ultimate Buick GMC made a "gland-slam" first impression with me and made me feel a valued part of their GMC family.
